Description:

We are looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager to assist with their electrical tool install scope at Intel. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with field personnel and the Project Manager for the safe and successful delivery of various electrical projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following minimum experience:

-4 years of construction-related experience (focus on electrical) or Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field

-Safety – Everyone is responsible for safety. Meet with EHS regularly when on project (No less often than once a week)

-Estimating / Change Orders–Assist the PM to assemble the proposal. Perform field verifications, contact subs, reach out for long lead items, and review completed proposal with PM for understanding.

-Develop and track submittals

-RFI management

-Project Document management ensuring all documents are organized and saved to the correct folder.

-Ensure Foreman/GF have up to date project information (Schedule, drawings, RFI’s, specifications)

-Submit and track utility requests (foreman to provide ECR information)

-Fill out permit apps and submit to PM for approval. Track Permits and supply to field.

-Submit SIPP (when appropriate)

-Submit weekly timecards to PM for review.

-Fill out subcontracts and submit to PM for approval. Send to corporate and track once approved.

-Price small Projects and Change orders with PM assistance and approval.

-Cost Tracking

-Initial project buyout – review with Project Field lead and project Manager before release of orders.

-Complete Take-offs

-Reads and understands drawings
